  • How do I sign in?
    Larping uses an emailed sign-in link, no password. Tap Sign in, enter your email, and tap the link we send you. If the link doesn't arrive within a minute or two, check spam, then try again.
  • I didn't receive my sign-in email.
    Check your spam or promotions folder, then resend from the login screen. If it still doesn't arrive, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will sort it out.
  • How do I cancel or manage my Basic plan?
    On iOS, open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and choose Larping. You can cancel, change, or restart your plan from there. On the web, open Settings inside the app to manage billing.
  • How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
    Sign in with the same account, then open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. StoreKit will reattach any active subscription to your account.
  • What do tokens do, and how do I get more?
    Each turn the AI takes spends tokens. Free accounts get a small monthly allowance; the Basic plan adds 250 tokens a month and lets you retry any turn for free. You can top up or upgrade from Settings inside the app.
  • How do I report a message or another player?
    Every assistant message has a Report action. Tap it to flag the content for our moderation queue. We review reports daily and act on anything that breaks our rules.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Open Settings inside the app and tap Delete account. This removes your sessions, saves, and profile. The action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • The app crashed or a session got stuck.
    Force-quit the app and reopen it. If a session is mid-turn, tap the retry button on the last assistant message. If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your account email, the game name, and roughly when it happened so we can pull logs.
  • Which devices and browsers are supported?
    Larping runs on iPhone (iOS 17 and later) and on the web in any modern Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge browser. Chat sessions sync across devices, so you can start on iOS and finish on the web.
  • Where do I read the Privacy Policy and Terms?
